• Customers can get the Cashback by successfully paying by dialing *247#, making a bKash payment directly from the card through the app or QR or Dynamic QR, or by scanning Bangla QR and making a successful payment.
• bKash customers with active account status and a sufficient balance can enjoy the Cashback by making payments from their bKash accounts.
• The account status and incoming transactions of the customer account must be active to receive the Cashback. If the Cashback disbursement fails due to customer account status issues, customers will not receive the Cashback for the campaign.
• In case the Cashback disbursement fails due to any unknown or unforeseen reason except for customer account status issues, bKash will retry the Cashback disbursement manually at 3 intervals within 2 months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, no other attempt will be made, and customers will no longer be entitled to the Cashback from the campaign.
• Customers are entitled to Cashback for successful transactions (payments to the merchant in the campaign period) from their bKash account.
• bKash reserves the right to change or modify campaign terms and conditions, merchant or outlet participation in any manner, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
• bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer’s transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.
• bKash is neither liable nor responsible for the merchant’s inability to ensure the product’s availability or delivery since bKash only provides a payment service to the customer. Any reimbursement from the merchant to the customer due to non-delivery of the product shall not invalidate the respective transaction and therefore does not bind bKash to reinstate the customer’s Cashback eligibility limit, disregarding the particular transaction for the campaign period. The Cashback offer for that particular transaction shall be considered consumed accordingly.

 

• In case a customer makes a wrong payment, bKash will address the matter after the campaign period based on the customer’s claim and validation.
• In case a customer makes a wrong payment on a merchant’s app or website, they are kindly requested to contact the specific merchant.

• In order to receive the Cashback, the account status and incoming transactions of the customer account must be active. If the Cashback disbursement fails due to a customer account status issue, the customer will not receive the Cashback for the campaign.

 

7. Will customers receive the Cashback if their payment is successful?

• If the payment is valid, bKash recognizes the transaction as authentic, and the incoming transaction of the account is active, customers will receive the Cashback. However, bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if the particular transaction and/or the transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the Cashback campaign.

 

8. Will the Cashback be delayed? If yes, what should customers do?

Customers are most likely to receive their Cashback instantly as per eligibility. There could be unanticipated cases where the Cashback would be delayed due to unknown/unforeseen issues.
