Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Water Resources Engineering (WRE) by BUET
The Department offers a four year Bachelor of Science in Water Resources Engineering degree program for prospective undergraduate students. A total of 30 students get admitted into this program through admission test which is held in every academic year. The undergraduate curriculum is based on Course system. The total Academic Calendar is segmented into four Levels and eight terms, where two terms make a Level.
Admission Requirements
Enrollment in the B.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering degree program requires students to have completed 12 years of studies in Higher Secondary School Certificate (H.S.C.) program or GCE A Level program. Students with a minimum GPA in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English of their Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) are allowed to appear in the admission test. Each year the minimum GPA may vary.

Admission Procedure
Students will be admitted in undergraduate curricula in the Department of Water Resources Engineering as per existing rules of the university. The Registrar’s Office will continue to serve as Admissions Office and will deal with course registration in addition to student admission.
